Alberta Access Planning Framework

The Alberta Access Planning Framework (AAPF) is a key component of the Roles and Mandates Policy Framework for Alberta’s Publicly Funded Advanced Education System.

The purpose of the AAPF is to provide a context and the broad direction to support planning within the province’s post secondary system.  This will help ensure that Alberta’s post secondary providers can respond to the needs of learners, the economy, and society.  The AAPF outlines key strategic directions for access, as well as demographic and economic drivers that impact post-secondary access and participation.
